Payment

Credit Card or Debit Card

At the checkout page, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure site to make payment. At the Paypal page, simply select ‘Pay with my credit or debit card’ and proceed with payment.

 

Paypal Account

You can also make payment with your existing Paypal Account.

 

Pricing

All prices stated are final and in Singapore Dollars. Prices are subject to change anytime without prior notification.

Delivery In Singapore

Delivery is FREE for purchases of $90 and above for Singapore based customers. We use Courier services for our delivery to you.

 

Courier Services

  • Your items will be delivered to your shipping address indicated at your checkout page.
  • Someone needs to be present to receive the package. The courier service will contact you to re-arrange the delivery if there is no one available to receive the parcel.

 

How long does it take to receive my products?

  • Please allow us time to process and pack your order for delivery.
  • You will receive your products between 5 to 7 business working days. Business working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Is self collection available?

Self-collection is not available.

International Delivery

We don’t ship globally at the moment.

Return Policy

For Singapore based customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unopened item(s) back to us within 10 days. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund you via Paypal and the fund will be credited back to your funding source (credit / debit card). For original orders of $90 and above, we will bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in its unopened and original condition.
  • Items must be returned to us within 10 days from the date on the invoice.

Sorry, we do not accept returns and we do not refund on any products that are opened and used.
